Two Years and 35 pounds later
I've never been accused of bein' humble, so why risk it now? I'm happy as hell to report I've lost a ton of weight and I'm really enjoying the increased energy, greater flexibility and complete lack of back pain that seems to come with keepin' it off. Matter of fact, it's off to the gym. I got some friends who were askin' about this, since many are in the first one-two months of training. Stick it out, call me if you need to commiserate on the no-carb days.
First time I saw this pic I was self conscious, but, what the hell; If Sybir has the stones to post her pic, I think I can do the same. Go read Fast Food Nation. Ha!
