We All Float On...Alright!
Put away those sprinklers, kids. Turns out Tropical Storm Ernesto is headin our way. Enough to even close a bunch of offices early before a three-day weekend. Nice of him to pull that off for us.
Anyway, we went from the drought to the flood in a matter of days, which would be great if I'd remembered to build an ark, but since I have a Highlander, and didn't take the time to gather two of every animal, I'll leave the boating to the Biblical guys.
Sybir and I went to see the Skins and Ravens last night. It was the first pro football game she'd ever seen and the first time I've been to the spacious and nice FedEx Field. Unfortunately, neither team looked like professionals, so the game itself was awful. We'll stick to hockey from now on.
Speaking of, it' s off to the rink to do some skating. Be good!
